RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our goal. We will gladly accept returns on all eligible products within 7 days of purchase receipt (Altered Packaging or Product, Worn, or Damaged items are not eligible for return or exchange).
We will process your refund within 3 business days from receiving your return. Please keep in mind that your bank may have a delay in processing your credit back to your account.
How to Return
Repackage your item(s) as received from the manufacturer in it’s original packaging box, include the receipt form (included on the inside of your package). Returns will only be processed within 7 days of receipt.

Exchange
We are happy to exchange any unopened, unworn and/or used products for no additional fee unless there is a price difference in your exchange product.
Backorders
If a backorder occurs on your item(s), you will be placed on a priority waitlist. We will promptly ship item(s) upon arrival. In addition we will inform and update by email with the estimated arrival date. If you do not wish to wait for backordered item(s), please email us with your order number at support@styleboxbeauty.com
